Vice President of Sales

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our sales who is capable of building a sales organization within a dynamic and changing landscape. This individual will work directly with the CEO and founders to execute a comprehensive sales strategy. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, creative sales leader to acquire new customers and create the framework for a scalable sales organization. A leader with a proven track record of sales and sales management success with a well-rounded skillset that strengthens a positive, get things done sales and company culture. Must be a motivator that gets in the trenches with others to succeed in a positive, proactive and productive manor. A persistent and resourceful leader that is a team player that listens, can quickly access situations and people, seeks product and industry knowledge and knows when to charge forward and more importantly when to walk away.

Requirements

  • Results driven with proven + quantifiable experience in both sales volume and growing a sales department

Responsibilities

  • Develop + execute clear annual sales plans that support organization strategy and objectives
  • Direct implementation and execution of sales practices and tools
  • Refine sales strategies based on management feedback, market research and competitor analyses
  • Build, develop and manage a growing sales team capable of exceeding sales and support initiatives
  • Work with management to create compensation plans that motivating and challenging
  • Become fluent with product value proposition and comparison to competitive products
  • Utilize and maximize the use of CRM and sales pipelines to meet and exceed goals
  • Ensures communications are coordinated, supports sales plan objectives and meets organizational requirements in conjunction to company objectives

Compensation

  • Salary commensurate with proven success + Healthy Commissions + Bonus

Sales Representative – HVAC-R Sector

We are seeking an experienced and successful sales professional to grow the product sales sector of our HVAC-R related business, which focusses on HVAC supply houses and mechanical contractors. You must possess the skills and experience to navigate this space. This position will be all about building our network of mechanical contractors to create product demand and leveraging that demand and network to sell product to supply houses.

Requirements

  • Successful experience working in commission-based sales position(s)
  • History of successful “sales” experience, preferably connected with the HVAC-R industry – 3 year history of success required
  • Understanding and ability to navigate the HVAC-R industry space
  • Results driven and do what it takes attitude
  • Self-starter with experience working on their own AND within a collaborative group
  • Excellent prospecting, lead generation and closing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships and negotiate deals effectively
  • Excellent analytical, communications and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence and ability to interface professionally with a diverse client base
  • Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
  • Operate collaboratively in a rapidly evolving environment with highly motivated teammates

Responsibilities

  • Selling, training and presenting to mechanical contractorsSelling to supply houses
  • Establish and maintain relationships from the senior level down through the organizations
  • Schedule group trainings for mechanical contractor shops with their “Service Manager”
  • Learn and leverage existing relationships and networks off the company and its board
  • Negotiate sales contracts
  • Refine sales strategies based on feedback, market research and competitor analyses
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations
  • Become fluent in company technology and products and relevant competitor products
  • Utilizes company CRM to manage and maximize sales pipelines
  • Work with existing and growing sales team

Compensation

  • $80k Salary + Healthy Commission + Bonus
  • Earning potential > $250,000/yr. plus with good performance

We are seeking an experienced and successful sales professional to grow the “End-User” sector of our HVAC-R related business, which focusses on the company or entity that has maintenance control over the HVAC systems such as building owners and/or asset managers and corporate users with their related management (Dir. of Facilities and/or Sustainability manager). You must possess the skills and experience to navigate this space. This position will be all about acquiring new business and nurturing and managing existing customers while navigating the commercial real estate space.
